When I first landed on Mr Jones Casino, the headline that caught my eye was the £50 free no‑deposit bonus offered to new UK players. That figure alone made it worth a look, and the rest of the site delivered a solid, if not spectacular, experience.
What the Bonus Really Means
The £50 no‑deposit bonus is spread over the first 10 deposits: £5 per deposit, up to a maximum of £50. You must wager the bonus 35 times before any winnings can be withdrawn, which is a standard requirement in the UK. The bonus is available in the mrjonescasino account once you click Mr Jones Casino login and fill out the registration form. The promo code you need is MRJONESUK, which you enter in the “Promo Code” field during sign‑up. This code unlocks the full bonus amount without any extra steps.
Game Library – Slots and More
Mr Jones offers around 200 slots, including classic three‑reel titles and 5‑reel video slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Quickspin. The top‑paying slot, Mr Jones Slots, has a 96.5% RTP and offers a 100× multiplier on a single spin. Beyond slots, the casino lists 20 live dealer tables – blackjack, roulette, baccarat – and a handful of European table games. While the selection is decent, it lacks the niche titles that power‑users often hunt for, such as multi‑payline slot variants or high‑limit poker.
Payment Methods and Payout Speed
Deposits are processed instantly via Visa, MasterCard, and the popular e‑wallets like Skrill and Neteller. Withdrawals take 1–3 business days for e‑wallets and up to 7 days for bank transfers. The casino applies a flat 5% fee on all withdrawals above £200. For most players, the speed is adequate, but the fee can eat into smaller wins.
Customer Support – Quick but Limited
The live chat is available 24/7 and answers questions within 30 seconds on average. Email support takes 12–24 hours to reply. Phone support is only offered during UK business hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.). This limited availability can be frustrating for players who need help outside those windows, especially when dealing with withdrawal issues.
Promotions Beyond the First Bonus
After the initial no‑deposit offer, the casino runs weekly free spins on popular slots like Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest. There is also a loyalty program where you earn points each time you play, which can be redeemed for cash or bonus credits. However, the loyalty tiers are slow to progress; reaching the highest tier requires 10,000 points, roughly equivalent to 100 hours of play.
Where to Grab the Promo Code

Bottom Line – Worth a Spin?
Mr Jones Casino UK delivers a straightforward, UK‑compliant experience with a generous no‑deposit offer and a solid slot library. The main drawbacks are the 35× wagering requirement on the bonus, a 5% withdrawal fee for large payouts, and customer support that is not truly 24/7. If you’re a casual player looking for a decent slot experience and a quick way to test the waters, it’s a solid choice. Hardcore players seeking a wider range of table games or faster withdrawals might find it a bit restrictive.
